Good proposition. Have you sent it on to Obama yet?
I dunno about that. It's just too short and makes too much sense. Obviously it needs to be bureaucracized. Please resubmit, in triplicate, after expanding to 200+ pages, by which time it can say whatever you like because no one will be reading the whole thing anyway.
